Lee Evans

Lee joins Arbor as a Director, with over a decade of experience focused on investor relations advisory and corporate strategy. She has expertise in sectors ranging from Consumer and Wellness to Energy and Infrastructure, helping management teams align corporate strategy with capital markets expectations, positioning the business to the right investor base over time. Lee has successfully advised executive teams and boards on how investor perception, shareholder composition, and strategic messaging translate into valuation outcomes.

Prior to joining Arbor, she was Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Relations & Communications at The Cannabist Company Holdings, Inc. (Cboe: CBST), where she served as a senior advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Board on market positioning, led investor engagement and narrative development, and managed sell-side relationships and analyst coverage. She also played a key role in capital markets execution, including investor engagement for senior secured debt financing, equity capital raises, and debt restructuring negotiations.

Previously, she was Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at New Fortress Energy (NASDAQ: NFE), where she supported the company’s initial public offering and helped establish its institutional investor base. At NFE, also held a corporate development role focused on market entry in Latin America and the Caribbean. Earlier in her career, she advised institutional investors and global financial institutions on macroeconomic and political risk across the Americas at Americas Society/Council of the Americas and MUFG (Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi).

She holds a Master of Arts from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Cornell University. She is fluent in Spanish and serves as Treasurer of the Board of the Mariposa DR Foundation.
